"I LOVE wine... but I'm not an alcoholic." These legendary words came from Sean Murphy's mouth the first night I spoke with him. Another delightful Sean quote regarding wine is, "Just got back from wine-tasting with the dudes." I especially enjoy this one for the juxtaposing of Sean's sexuality in the words wine-tasting and dudes. It causes the audience to questions themselves: Is he gay? Is he straight?
Needless to say, Sean Murphy enjoys tossing back a few bottles now and then (mostly now rather than then). He prefers a heavy, dry red over all else; the kind of wine that makes you think, "hey, this wine tastes like a kiss from Satan's mistress."
